Engraving

We offer hand engraving for $50 per item. Letters and/or numbers can be used in block or script (block recommended for boys, script for girls). The maximum number of lines is 2. Maximum characters is 8 for the first line and 5 for the second. When engraving a date, the date must appear numerically (e.g. 03/15/99 or 15/3/99 for March 15, 1999. Full names or initials are acceptable. Please allow for an additional 4 working days for engraving. No returns allowed on engraved items. 

Return Policy

Returns may be made within 10 days from the date of purchase for a store credit only. No cash refunds or credit to credit cards. Returned items need to be in original condition. No returns allowed on engraved and special order items. Contact Lenore at 1 (212) 644-1970 for specific directions. 

Special Orders

Custom shoes (including different enamel, gemstones, etc.) are available as a special order. With special orders, send in your request via email or fax. Your order will need to be quoted and confirmed first. Expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Payment in full is required before the order will be processed. No returns allowed on special order items.

Governing Law

Transactions between you and Regine Basha shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement, and the policies, terms and conditions stated on the applicable Regine Basha invoice or packing slip constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in a writing signed by both parties.
